Don’t bother going down to the gangplank until you hear an announcement saying the ship has been cleared.
FSA to Regulate all Sales of Travel Insurance from 2009

On January 1, 2009, major changes will take effect to alter the way travel insurance is sold. The changes will apply to companies selling it as part of a holiday package, such as travel agents, tour operators, coach companies and airlines. It will also affect outlets such as retail shops, chemists, supermarkets and the Post Office. Many of these companies are already in compliance with government regulations to sell other products. However, a double standard has existed regarding the way they have sold insurance because ’stand-alone’ companies (which only sell travel insurance) have been required to comply with FSA regulations since 2005.

There are several ways to go about organizing your beach holidays. These include the package deal option and the DIY, or do-it-yourself option. Package deals are often a good idea for those who don’t have time to do it for themselves due to their workload and other responsibilities, but not doing research first can lead you to pay more than necessary for the same service.
If you’re a DIY’er, you can visit different online travel agencies for flights, accommodation, car hire, shuttle services and so on that you will need for your holidays. You can find search engines on the web where you can look up many agencies all in one place like Hotels Combined.
A Place Called Merimbula, Only In Australia

Finding Merimbula accommodation is not that difficult. We were at “down under” last year and did a road trip. I didn’t know that Australia has a lot to offer for tourists and travelers. Australia is such a big continent with few inhabitants, so to speak. Merimbula is a small coastal town on the Far South Coast or Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Merimbula is practically a day’s drive from the three capital cities on the South East Coast–470 Kms. south of Sydney, 585 Kms. east of Melbourne and a mere 247 Kms. southeast of Canberra.

However, only six hours away by air the United Arab Emirates offers a marvelous family holiday alternative that includes guaranteed sunshine and lots to do for everyone.

Yachts for the Rest of Us
Posted on August 7, 2008 Filed Under Travel for less talk | Leave a Comment
Yachts are the pinnacles of boat ownership. Owning a yacht, or even sailing on one, is a true luxury experience. A yacht is something that most people only dream of owning. Some yachts are so large and magnificent that they are indistinguishable from luxury cruise liners. The sizes, designs and amenities of yachts range so widely that the price ranges for yachts do as well. High-end yachts can sell for $60 million or more, and even the least expensive yachts will sell in the hundreds of thousands range. Bigger and more expensive yachts are often owned by private companies who use them to throw parties, entertain clients and reward successful executives.
